How do I find your location?Located at 55 Irvin Lane, 63301. A few tips when using a navigation system...in vehicle systems will usually not find this address. Google maps is usually the most accurate and Waze will take you to the apartment complex behind me! If your system isn't locating me, put in 51 Judy Drive and I am right next door. I am at the very end of Judy Drive and my driveway is my street marked with a green sign IRVIN LANE. It is also on the mailbox. Come down the driveway and park in front of the building on the right. No need to knock, I will see you so come on in. I do have very friendly labs in studio with me, so if that poses a problem for you, please let me know.

How do I book an appointment?My information can be accessed from your computer at yourwellzone.com, from your phone on the mobile site at yourwellzone.com or from my app YOURWELLZONE found on google play or app store. To make an appointment for the first time, please use the website and create a log in with your email and a password. This will allow you to see and change any booking you have scheduled, and see your member pages. This same log in is now available for the app as well. For your first visit select Initial Consultation, for any further visits, select the appropriate service. Select your date, your time, your payment amount and to pay in person (can be either cash or card) or online at the time of booking with a card. Your card will be charged at time of booking with this option! You will receive an email confirmation at that time. If you did not, then your booking was not completed! From the website, you can also select to recieve a SMS message at booking and the day before your appointment. My calendar schedules out 90 days.

Can I book more than 1 appointment?YES! My booking calendar is always available 90 days out. Would highly recommend if you have a limited time flexibility, think ahead, as I book up very quickly, especially in the evening hours. ALSO, when an appointment is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not, your appointment was not scheduled! Please reach out if you need help. If you are wanting to schedule several bookings, 2 things...if you are fine with paying for them all at once, then select ADD ANOTHER SERVICE and pick another date. When you check out either online or here in person, you will be charged for all the dates at that time. If you want to pay for each one at time then exit the system and reenter to schedule another date.

What type of payment do you accept?At the time of your booking, there will be a price option to select. Then at checkout, you will have the option to PAY ONLINE at that time with a credit card at checkout or select PAY IN PERSON. This option allows you to pay in person with me with cash, check or card. I have tap, swipe and chip capabilities. Reminder, you can schedule several bookings at once by selecting ADD A SERVICE at checkout... this means all would be paid at once either online or in person. If you would rather only pay one at a time, then select BOOK NOW and complete the booking, exit the system, come back in and book another. Also, reminder, I do not store any credit card information and what is in your cart is what I can charge with your card in person.

How do I refer someone to see you?I appreciate your referrals and recommendations! Couple of tips...recommend for people to go to my website at yourwellzone.com and schedule an appointment. My priority is for all of you who are current clients of mine. New/potential clients are able to schedule first available on my scheduling calendar. Once you are an existing client, I have some built in time I can use for follow up after your Initial appointment.

How can I view, cancel or reschedule my bookings?Once you have created a log in with a password, it can be used either on the website or app. From the website home page, you will see log in here. There are option to use email or sign in with google. There is a dropdown menu. Look for my bookings, click on it and they can be viewed here. Your other member options are seen there as well. From the app, there is a small circle top left, tap it and log in there to see your profile. Please edit your profile to be your first and last name, then scroll down to make sure the other fields are filled in correctly. You can view your bookings and other member information from the ACCOUNT tab there. Your booking can also be rescheduled or cancelled from your email confirmation that you received for that specific booking. Any current bookings (already scheduled) cannot be accessed in the calender.

How can I purchase an eGift card for someone?From your computer, go to yourwellzone.com and select Gift Card. Follow the prompts and complete your purchase.. Currently this feature is available only from yourwellzone.com not yet from the app.
