My opinion....we MUST be able to do this well before any other more difficult abdominal

exercise can ever be effective! Many abdominal exercises are wayyyy too hard for where our strength is, and either cause back strains or lock up our guts!

Hold that back tight on the floor as you move your legs...not as easy as it sounds!
