Doorway leg stretches

The beauty here is the ability to progress yourself! Remember, again 2 minute hold and pump ankle up and down for added calf benefits. Each time, begin with comfortable intensity and move gradually in the direction that increases the stretch. After 2 minutes for each of these, then turn around or move over to the other side of the doorway and repeat.
