Love this stretch, but please modify for you! I am pretty flexible here, but you may not be initially. The first few times, just stand a good ways from the wall with your backside on the wall then lean down with your neck, let your arms hang in front of you and BREATHE! You want to feel this in your neck and spine, not your legs. Lead with your head, not your hips and patiently allow yourself to gradually fold over for the couple of minutes then slowly roll back upright. This one is great because it can be done anywhere...feels really good in the shower!
